Jyoti Bathija (Senior Associate)

Ms. Jyoti topped the Mumbai University in 1990 and is now a Senior Associate with the Firm working very closely with the real estate sector on the non-contentious side. She specializes in identification and acquisition of immoveable properties in Western India. Being an able draftsman, she also attends to the firm’s portfolio of preparing the commercial documents and drafting distribution agreements and advising production houses for preproduction and post-production matters. She specializes in documentations of television production, software licensing/assignment, merchandising and promotion agreements, endorsement agreements for actors and talent management agencies pertaining to advertising, marketing, digital rights and personality rights.
Stutika Rathi (Associate)

Ms. Stutika attends to the litigation as well as non-litigation portfolio of the firm. She has also been advising clients on issues pertaining to commercial restructuring and transactions along with drafting various Agreements in Indian Media Industry and Intellectual Property Rights. On the non-contentious side, she advises on Real Estate Indian Media Industry, Intellectual Property Rights, Conveyance and she advises clients on issues ranging from pay-per-view contracts to digital copyright matters to the convergence of media and network technologies.
Sayli Shinde (Associate)

Ms. Sayli Shinde has been advising clients on various points of law. She represents clients in City Civil Court, Bombay High Court and various subordinate Courts. Her expertise lies in her court craft and the zeal that she has for legal profession. Her practice covers all aspects of litigation. She has represented various Public Sector Banks and Airport Authority of India in various disputes pertaining to recovery and other declaratory reliefs. She specializes in litigation assistance from the stage of investigation upto obtaining suitable reliefs from the Court including, drafting, attending hearings before Tribunal, adjudicating authorities and Court(s) and preparing Appeals. In addition to the above, her converge in litigation acumen with practical advice to corporate clients is an asset to our firm.
Rashi Shah (Associate)

Ms. Rashi Shah has vast experience in matters relating to Summary Suits. She has also been advising clients on issues pertaining to Society Laws, Transfer of Property, and Partition Laws etc. She has represented clients in Arbitrations, City Civil Court, Bombay, High Court, Bombay and Statutory Authorities. She also has expertise in the laws relating to Civil and Commercial disputes. Her practice covers all aspects of Civil and commercial litigation which includes Corporate Laws (Companies Act, 1956, Contract Act, 1872 Partnership Act,1932, Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, 2016). She has represented various public sectors, private sectors, banks and financial institutions. In addition to the above, she also has varied experience in advice as well as in practice on Alternate Dispute Resolution aspects of litigation.
Akanksha Kalyanpur (Associate)

Ms. Akanksha Kalyanpur represents clients in City Civil Court, Bombay High Court, Metropolitan Magistrate Court, and National Company Law Tribunal and other Statutory Authorities. She has wide experience in the laws relating to civil disputes and has intrinsic interest in Constitutional Law and International Law. She has represented various clients from government to private sector.
Her experience also includes the registration of trademarks and filing of Complaints before the WIPO (World Intellectual Property Organization) and further includes giving opinions on trademark and patent infringement.
She has also completed her LLM from Durham University in International Trade and Commercial Law.
Grishma Mody (Associate)

Ms. Grishma Mody is an associate at Kartikeya and Associates and is a part of their litigation team. As a part of her practice, Ms. Grishma has initiated various civil law suits in Courts on behalf of various companies for protection and enforcement of their property rights. Additionally, she has been advising various SMEs toward effectively protecting their Intellectual Property Rights in India and overseas.
She has been representing clients before the High Courts, Arbitral Tribunals and Statutory Authorities. Her expertise also lies in advising clients in the areas of family and personal laws (Wills, succession, HUF, etc.).

Ms. Ratna Metha after her graduation in Law in the year 1994 joined the firm of M/s. Wadia Gandhy& Co. as a Solicitorʼs Article Clerk and passed her Solicitorsʼ exams in the year 1996. Thereafter, Ms. Ratna Mehta joined the firm of M/s. Dhru & Co., Advocates and Solicitors in the year 1999 and in the year 2000 joined the firm of M/s. Crawford Bayley & Co., a leading and one of the oldest law firm in India.
